A farmer in Sriganganagar, Rajasthan, was diagnosed with end stage renal failure and required a kidney transplant. Due to the high costs involved in such a procedure he was unable to fully fund his transplant. He approached us through his doctor in July 2015 and requested us to bear the remaining costs of the procedures.
