Q1. Who do we help?
A: We help underprivileged patients who have scarcity of funds and cannot afford medication, procedures advised by their doctors. Financial assistance is based on our discretion. Application for charity does not ensure assistance will be provided.
Q2. How do we help?
A. We arrange for funds for various medical procedures involved in a kidney problem detection, such as monetary assistance and information on free clinics for dialysis, kidney transplants, and medication at reduced prices. Q3. How can you help?
A. We are a small non profit foundation, and we are trying to reach a wider audience through our efforts. You can help us by initiating a conversation about kidney problems with your loved ones and friends (SPREAD AWARENESS). You can also join us in this noble cause by donating a small part of your wealth (DONATIONS).
Q4. How can you donate?
A. If you want to donate financially, write to us (email) or simply fill out the contact form https://ska-foundation.com/contact/. We will get in touch with you as soon as we can.
Q5. Do you need to pay income tax on the donations you make?
A. No. All donations made to the foundation are tax exempted from Income Tax U/S 80G. A certificate will be issued within 30 days of payment (only people with valid PAN cards will be issued a tax exemption certificate).
Q6. In what form can you make the donations?
A. Donations can be made in lumpsum or on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly). We do not accept cash payments. We accept donations by cheque/demand draft ONLY from Indian bank accounts.
Q7. Do we assist in organ donation?
A. We do not assist in organ donation. We may only provide information to spread awareness. Please refer to your doctor for information on hospitals that help you to donate organs.

Q9. What documents do you need to apply for financial assistance?
A. Please fill out the registration form with complete details: Application Form
and attach the following documents:
- Aadhar card or any other government issued id card
- Pan card, if any
- A recommendation letter from your doctor along with prescriptions(listing medicines,infections etc) , recommended and/or undergoing treatment OR previously had hospital discharge summary in case of hospitalization.
Q10. Where can you avail the services of free dialysis in India?
A. We are currently updating the list.
Q11. What if you do not have your own doctor?
A. Do not worry. You can contact us and we can refer your case to our doctor on board, Dr. B. S. Solanki. He is open to accepting new patients.
Q12. Where are we located?
A. We are located in New Delhi, India.
Q13. Where do we provide our services?
A. Our services are not limited to Delhi NCR. We help patients all over India.
